The RUN as ONE - Tokyo Legacy Half Marathon 2024 “Semi-Elite (Overseas)” program provides international runners who meet the qualifying standard to participate in the Tokyo Legacy Half Marathon 2024.

■Qualifying Time (Overseas)
･Athletes who meet the following participation criteria in the World Athletics Label Road Race with official records from May 1, 2022 to April 30, 2024.
*Men's Half Marathon: Under 1h 20min 00sec
*Women's Half Marathon: Under 1h 40min 00sec

■Lottery results
The lottery results will be announced on Monday, May 27.

*If the total number of applicants exceeds the allotted field size, applicants with the fastest official records will be selected.
*Runners who are not selected will be eligible for the other Entry and need the lottery. (The entry category will be "General Entry".)
*When submitting your entry, please submit data of your record certificates that meet the eligibility requirements.
