We are pleased to announce that the design for the Tokyo Legacy Half Marathon 2024 finisher medals has been finalized.

The concept of the Tokyo Legacy Half Marathon is to create a race that anyone can participate in, expanding the opportunity to run to everyone, including runners with disabilities, and those who have never run before, as well as top runners, and to cater to the diverse needs of runners. The race’s design is inspired by a gently curving circle, which is reflected in the event’s logo.

The logo itself is designed to resemble a rotating Earth, embodying the dedication and passion of those who have worked tirelessly for 365 days to prepare for the event. It also celebrates the achievement of runners as they cross the finish line. Additionally, the image of the Earth on approximately half of the medal symbolizes the half marathon.
