Please Take Precautions for Warmer Race-Day Conditions
The current weather forecast for race day indicates a high of approximately 24°C. This is relatively warm for this time of year. Direct sunlight and increased body heat during the race may make it feel even warmer. (Please note: This weather forecast is current as of October 17.)
To help ensure a safe and enjoyable race experience for everyone, please take note of the following precautions:
・Hydrate well before the start
Please hydrate carefully before the start.
Soft flasks and hydration packs are recommended to bring into the race.
・Utilize Course Aid Stations
Please be sure to hydrate adequately at each aid station along the course.
・Dress appropriately
We recommend wearing breathable clothing that allows for effective temperature regulation. Hats and sunglasses may also help reduce heat exposure.
・Manage your pace carefully
Warmer conditions can increase physical strain. Please maintain a comfortable and sustainable pace.
・Listen to Your Body
If you feel unwell at any time, stop running immediately and inform the nearest staff member, or proceed to a medical station.
A comprehensive medical support system will be in place on race day; however, managing your personal health is essential. We are committed to ensuring a safe race for all participants.
